Late Cancellations

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. We strive to accommodate all of our clients and ensure that everyone receives the best possible care. To help us maintain this level of service, we have implemented a 20% cancellation fee for appointments that are not rescheduled or canceled within a reasonable time frame.

 

If you find that you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary adjustments.
